Pregnancy Timeline StrugglesHow are you finding your pregnancy? Are you struggling a little at the moment? It can be tough and that is why I wanted to write this. I am currently working my way through the pregnancy timeline and I wanted to be able to offer you support through my experiences. Not everyone finds out they are pregnant in the same way. Some can find out quite late on along the pregnancy timeline. I found out early because I was checking. It was a nice feeling but then I realised I didn’t know how I should be feeling. I didn’t feel pregnant I was actually a little bit lost. I booked an appointment to see my doctor at the very beginning. They couldn’t do or tell me much but booked me in with the midwife. It is when you see the midwife that you really find out what is going to happen on the pregnancy timeline. What I would do is write down your questions beforehand as it is easy to become overwhelmed with all the information you are getting. If you aren’t feeling very pregnant at the moment don’t worry, you soon will! There are lots of symptoms tat you can feel but the big thing for me was I was always feeling tired. I couldn’t find any energy. I tried sleeping more and changing my diet but I couldn’t do anything about it. I didn’t just suffer with being tired all of the time. My body felt achy and I was getting more headaches. I started to smell things I hadn’t noticed in the past because my sense of smell improved. This was making me feel sick. I have now passed that stage thankfully. I am at week 18 on the pregnancy timeline and I feel good again. I anticipate it being hard towards the end but I think I am ready for it.
